Dr. Ron Green joined the Animal Radiology Clinic on a full-time basis in June 2004. Dr. Green is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology and has more than 25 years of clinical experience.
He received his veterinary degree from Texas A&M University and completed a residency in radiology at Texas A&M University. Dr. Green has served on the clinical faculties at Ohio State University, Texas A&M University, and the University of Zurich in Zurich Switzerland.
He is recognized internationally for his work in small animal radiology and ultrasound. He has authored two textbooks on radiology and ultrasound, multiple book chapters and scientific papers as well as presented many short courses and presentations in North America and Europe on radiology and ultrasound.
He has been recognized by the Texas Academy of Veterinary Practice for his consultation services to the practitioners of Texas. Dr. Green accepts referrals for ultrasound, echocardiography, ultrasound guided fine needle aspirates/biopsies, treatment of hyperthyroidism, nuclear medicine, radiology, CT and MRI.
